I am much larger/smaller than the model, does the process still work?
Everything is custom made from scratch. We build an individual pattern for every client, and there is no size too small or too large. We can even accommodate children.
How are the measurements used?
The measurements you provide are not the finished garment measurements. Providing us with accurate body measurements allows us to create your pattern based on your body including the right allowances. Our fit experts have over 20 years of experience designing and manufacturing custom clothing.

Do I need help with the measurement process?
Our entire process is designed to allow you to take 4 simple measurements by yourself. All you need is a tape measure and a mirror. The videos will walk you through the entire process in less than 3 minutes.
What if I get the measurements wrong?
The process is designed for simplicity. As long as you are honest with the measurements, we guarantee a perfect fit. If for any reason, your garment is not correct, we will reimburse alterations or remake it free of charge.
Can I expect shrinkage?
Yes, we add the right allowances to the measurements you provide when making your pattern to allow for shrinkage. You can expect the garment to settle after approximately 3 washes.
Can I adjust my measurements for future orders?
Yes. When you place an order, an account is created for you and you will be able to log in and change any of your measurements for future orders.
